This Privacy Policy describes how PrayPath, an application developed and operated by KurdiCode ("we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use the app.
PrayPath may integrate with third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, or authentication. These services have their own privacy policies.
Your data is stored securely on servers operated by KurdiCode or its trusted infrastructure providers. We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@kurdicode.com.

Birma is a reminder app developed and operated by KurdiCode. It is built local-first: your reminders, checklists, habits, notes, and location rules are created and stored on your device, and the app works fully offline with no account required.
Birma contains no advertising networks, no analytics SDKs, no crash trackers, and no profiling tools. We never sell your data and never use it for tracking or profiling. Data only ever leaves your device for an optional feature you have switched on yourself — cloud sync (Supabase), a backup to your own Google Drive, calendar sync to an account you pick, the AI assistant (Anthropic, via our Cloudflare proxy), or a Birma Pro subscription (RevenueCat with Apple or Google).
The AI assistant is the one feature that shares your words with a company other than us. It stays off until you switch it on, and before the first request Birma shows you exactly what would be sent and asks your permission — your message, anything you attach, and the reminder or profile details needed to answer you, including health details such as allergies or medications when you pick a prompt that uses them. Anthropic PBC generates the reply under commercial terms that require confidentiality, service-only use, and no model training.
You can use Birma entirely offline with no account, turn sync on or off per data type, withdraw the AI permission in Settings → Privacy & Permissions, and permanently delete your cloud data at any time from the Account screen.
